"My car was totaled and I had to take my title in to this office. I can't remember her name, but the young lady in the very back of the office helped me. She asked if I had my title and I handed it to her. I asked where I needed to sign because I was told I would need to do that for State Farm to take ownership. I told her that and she repeatedly told me there was no need for me to sign the title as she put it in an envelope. She also did not seem aware that she had to let the total loss agent that I had turned the title in. A week later I receive a call from State Farm telling me they can't move forward with this process because the title they received wasn't signed. Now I'm spending all day playing phone tag trying to get ahold of the right person to fix this."
